Report to the HR department at 9 in the morning, and have a small orientation with the Assistant HR manager. Tent to know that I will be going to 7 department during my 6 months training in Nikko. Feel great and glad cause tent to learnt loads of thing.
The 1st month will be train at the Lobby lounge.
Their uniform was very different compare to other department.
But i still love the Benkay Restaurant uniform the most, because the ladies are wearing Japanese robe! Awesome!
The next months I'll be put under Benkay Restaurant!
BUT.. i hate wearing "slipper+socks!" (=_=")
At lobby lounge, the things that we need to do is just take order from guest, pick up food at the kitchen, serve them beverage and clearing.
Today there is a guest, after we have serve him his order, suddenly he shout loudly and kick the table and start walking away from the cafe.
He keep shouting long the way, until he step out the lobby he scolded a taxi driver and he started to talk to a stone.
AND.. he did not pay us for what he had order!
Until now, we still don't know what happen to him! =X
As what i have learnt today is:* WE HAVE TO TOP SELL! TOP SELL our product!
Following months i will be going:
- Benkay Japanese Restaurant
- House keeping
- Human Resource department
- Serena ( Buffet)
- Front office
- Serena Kitchen
Total 7 department including lobby lounge.
It will not be bored if keep changing to other department. XP
BUT, do really tired working in HOTEL line!
